Colorado Montessori Association is an equal opportunity organization and will not allow discrimination based upon age, ethnicity, ancestry, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, military service, socioeconomic background, or any other status prohibited by applicable law.

Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of the above grounds in order to receive resources from Colorado Montessori Association. External evidence, such as negative publicity or social media, that reveals such discrimination, hate speech, or disrespectful or bullying behavior, as determined by Colorado Montessori Association in its sole discretion, may be taken into consideration. Colorado Montessori Association reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All personnel who are responsible for hiring and promoting employees and for the development and implementation of Colorado Montessori Association’s programs or activities are charged to support this effort and to respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns that are brought to their attention.

Organizations will also be subject to eligibility requirements from donors who may require agreement to their own anti-discrimination policies.
